About Me

How I got here:
My Beyond Dharma Story

I grew up in a gorgeous lakeside town in northern Italy by picture-perfect Lake Maggiore, just an hour from both Milan’s hustle and the Alps’ serenity. Talk about having options!

My career kicked off in 2005 during my final year of my Master’s in Marketing & Communications, when I jumped straight into the fast-paced world of a Milan PR agency.

I did it all: account management, media relations, copywriting, event planning, market research, reputation management – and yes, even some of those cringeworthy early social media experiments we all pretend never happened.

After a few years of burning out on a regular basis, endless hours, demanding clients, and a lifestyle that left no room to breathe, I pulled the plug and bought a one-way ticket to Australia.

2012-2013 was my year of pure magic.

I backpacked across Australia, fell head-over-heels in love with yoga, volunteered at a stunning yoga centre, learned to cook incredible vegetarian food (and ditched meat for good), relocated campervans across the continent, hiked Tasmania’s wild trails, and met the kind of people who restore your faith in humanity.

That’s when the travel bug didn’t just bite me, it completely rewired my DNA.

When my Australian visa expired, I returned to Italy to regroup and figure out my next move while earning a Tourism & Travel Services Management degree.

By 2014, I was freelancing across Europe managing international language schools in England, running events at 5-star hotels, marketing and reviewing yoga retreats, managing social media for wellness brands, and travel blogging on the side.

This was my first real dive into the digital nomad lifestyle, bouncing between countries with nothing but my laptop and an insatiable curiosity for new places and cultures.

After three years of juggling way too many balls in the air, I settled in England for what I thought would be a breather.

Instead, I spent the next eight years in a beautiful whirlwind: promoting international language schools worldwide, organising events and tours, and working as an event and celebrity liaison manager for a UK charity.

The travel never stopped (thanks, Covid, for that brief intermission), and I kept feeding my soul with yoga classes and retreats across Europe while working from incredible locations around the world.

Then December 2024 happened. I pulled the plug again – this time for good – to travel the world and fully commit to the work I’d been building since 2014.

Deep down, I always knew I wasn’t meant to climb someone else’s ladder.

That’s when Beyond Dharma was born: a mission-driven business empowering conscious entrepreneurs in wellness and sustainable travel to create real impact.

Let’s get a bit more personal

If you haven’t figured it out by now, I’ve got a seriously restless spirit. My appetite for travel, new faces, and fresh experiences is basically insatiable. I’m ambitious, but I protect my wellbeing like it’s sacred (because it is).

I’m full of contradictions: I worship green juices and white wine equally, crave both fresh salads and vegan Nutella (don’t judge), love waking up at sunrise and lounging in bed with tea and a book until noon. I get bored easily but thrive when I have a solid routine in place.

One thing that’s not contradictory? I’m terrible at lying and believe honesty and open communication are the foundation of every relationship – personal and professional.

What you see is what you get.

Who I work with

I’m here for the conscious doers:

  • Yoga teachers, retreat hosts and soulful venue owners who refuse to accept “good enough” when they could create something extraordinary.
  • People who believe in authentic connection and genuine community building.
  • Ambitious souls who care deeply about making others’ lives better, and are committed to sustainability, wellbeing, and positive impact.
  • Humans bursting with big ideas and even bigger dreams who struggle to turn vision into reality.
  • Leaders who juggle family and business, who feel stuck on the hamster wheel, desperately craving space to breathe and focus on what actually matters.

If you’re ready for a true partner who gets both the highs and the hard parts of conscious entrepreneurship, let’s talk.
