Design Retreats That
Actually Change Lives

Empowering wellness leaders and retreat centres
to create transformative experiences

Hey Conscious Leader!

You believe travel and wellness can spark real change. That’s not a trend, that’s a mission.

You’ve got the vision for life-changing retreats, but bringing them to life is a whole different challenge. The logistics, marketing, and business strategy: that’s where it gets overwhelming.

Whether you’re just starting out, already running programs, or feeling invisible in a crowded market, you know your work has value. The struggle is translating that into a thriving business.

I know you refuse to compromise on quality and you want to build retreats and offerings that feel authentic and sell themselves. What you need is the strategic support to reach the right people and turn those visions into experiences that truly impact lives.

Let’s design retreats and programs that build lasting community and turn your mission into a thriving, sustainable business.

Retreat Leader:
Launch With Confidence

That fire you have to create an impactful retreat is your greatest asset. The challenge comes when the passion fuelling your vision gets drained by logistics, marketing uncertainty, and the fear of launching to an empty room.

The business side can feel overwhelming, leaving your retreat idea stuck in planning mode while you wait for more time, more followers, or the perfect plan.

You don’t need to figure this out alone. I’m here to be your strategic launch partner.

Retreat Centre Owner:
Become the Venue Everyone Books

You’ve built something special, a sanctuary with a genuine soul. Now the missing piece is attracting aligned facilitators, drawing the right guests, and expanding your offerings without losing that essence.

Turning a retreat space into a sought-after destination takes more than beautiful design.

I help you optimise your current setup, develop signature programs, and completely reimagine how you connect with the wellness community. Your space has the potential to be where real transformation happens.

Yoga Teacher Training Centre:
Stand Out From the Crowd

You’re shaping the next generation of yoga teachers, practitioners who will carry authentic teachings forward. To grow, your marketing needs to reflect the depth of your programs instead of pushing you to compete on price.

Together, we design enrolment systems that consistently attract passionate, dedicated students who value substance over shortcuts.

We reposition your programs, create marketing that converts genuine interest, and build systems that turn inquiries into enrolments without constant follow-up.

Meet Your Retreat & Wellness Partner

Hey, I’m Milla, a restless Italian who traded the corporate chaos for a life of intentional travel, meaningful work, and way too much pizza.

I’ve worn a lot of hats over the past 15+ years, taking me from Milan’s corporate world to retreat centres in Australia to nonprofits in England. I’ve been a PR specialist crafting marketing campaigns, a retreat volunteer learning what guests really need, a nonprofit event organiser managing everything behind the scenes and liaising with celebrity ambassadors.

But also a social media manager for wellness businesses, a travel blogger documenting adventures and reviewing retreats, and of course, a yoga and wellness enthusiast who’s constantly exploring every practice, studio, and transformative experience I can find.

I’ve burned out spectacularly, questioned everything, backpacked my way back to sanity, and finally built a life and a business that actually fits.

My Values

Expertise

To me, expertise isn’t just knowing stuff, it’s mastering the art of turning ideas into real impact. It’s that quiet confidence that comes from rolling up your sleeves, digging deep, and delivering results that speak for themselves.

Conscious Impact

This is the heartbeat of everything I do. Every choice I make honors communities, respects the planet, and leaves things better than I found them. No greenwashing, no empty promises, just real action that creates real change.

Wellbeing

I refuse to buy into hustle culture nonsense. True success means you and your business are thriving mind, body, soul, and bank account. Burnout isn’t a badge of honour, it’s a business killer that destroys both creativity and profit.

Authenticity

No masks, no scripts, no corporate speak with me because that’s not where genuine connection happens. I don’t pretend to have all the answers and I show up as my real self, flaws and all.

Empowerment

I’m here to light that fire inside you and hand you the tools to keep it burning. You’ve got everything you need to succeed; sometimes you just need someone in your corner reminding you how powerful you really are.

Collaboration

I believe collaboration moves mountains and creates partnerships that lift each other up. It’s about sparking new ideas together and co-creating something bigger than any person could build alone.

Sumberkima Hill: How a Dream Between Friends Became a Thoughtfully Built Community

Some places are easy to understand from a website. Others only begin to make sense once you’re standing in them. Sumberkima Hill belongs in the second category. What reveals itself there goes far beyond what can be captured in photos or words. It’s not just the views or the design, but the way the land, the people, and the vision behind it come together in a way that feels intentional, grounded, and quietly powerful.

A Conversation with Dhara: On Slowing Down, Holding Space, and Creating What’s Actually Needed

The wellness industry has convinced us that transformation requires relentless consistency. What I’ve noticed in my work with retreat leaders and yoga teachers is a growing exhaustion with this model. We’re craving something different, not another practice to master, but actual permission to pause without guilt. In this conversation with Dhara, founder of Soma Yoga Flow, we explore what it means to hold space differently. Her approach doesn’t follow the usual formula, what she creates is something increasingly rare: space where women can land without having to explain why they need it.

What Bali Can Teach Us About the Art of Pause

Once a year, the entire island of Bali goes silent. The airport closes, the roads empty, the internet shuts down and every single person stays inside for twenty-four hours. This is Nyepi, the Balinese Day of Silence. I have been living in Bali for six months now, and I’ll be honest – even knowing Nyepi was coming, my first instinct was to spend part of the day working. Because apparently even an entire island pausing wasn’t enough to make me feel like I had permission to stop. That resistance, I’ve come to realise, says something worth paying attention to.
